Now there is an answer to the declining productivity, reliability and job limitations of your existing profile cutting system and the prohibitive costs associated with replacing it. PCS can offer a no obligation evaluation of your existing system, employing our unique remanufacturing and customising programs for anything from small single torch machines right up to large multiple torch cutting systems. As with the new machines, remanufactured machines can be customised to suit your needs.

Modernisation Programs
PCS remanufacturing programs are very thorough and consist of:
Complete stripdown of machine base.
Sand blast to bear metal.
Running surfaces repaired/re-machined.
Repair/replace all drive wheels, gears/pinions.
Repaint.
Replace all bearings.
Dismantle clutches and recondition.
Recondition existing cutting torches and motorised torch lifters.
Fit new gas hoses.
Replace gas solenoid valves.

Retrofitments
PCS can supply and fit complete drive systems, CNC controllers, new gas systems and/or new torch lifters to your machine, on-site or at our factory, to ensure minimum downtime and substantially improved machine utilisation and productivity. PCS will even customise your machine to suit specific job requirements.
