PCS Fineline

The PCS FineLine Plasma cutting machine incorporates the latest precision high density plasma technology from Kaliburn, Rexroth AC servo amplifiers, Burny 10 LCD Plus CNC controller and THK Linear bearings. This combination of state of the art equipment and PCS expertise provides near laser quality cutting at a fraction of the capital outlay.

Near Laser quality at a fraction of the price

The PCS Fineline is designed for high speed, high accuracy cutting of material up to 50mm. The superior construction of the integrated cutting bed, frame and fume extraction system allows for a clean and ultra precise cut. The drive motors are at almost the same level as the cutting torch thereby minimising flexing and twisting forces and ensuring that the highest quality cut is produced.

Cutting Table	Integrated fume extraction and external dust collector. Fume extraction doors are located throughout the table just below the cutting surface. These doors are independently opened according to the machines position, providing maximum efficiency at all times.

Construction	Heavy Duty arrangement. Cross axis carriage is solid welded tube construction and is mounted at almost the same height as the longitudinal rails. Removable covers for easy access to assembly. Precision machined axis on all ways.

Machine Travel	Machined Way on all travel axis. Cross Axis THK Bearings with integrated Linear Rails and ball screw for precision and reliable cross axis torch movement. High quality readily available THK bearings used throughout.

Independent Operator Console	Independent operators console can easily be located in front of machine allowing for full view of machine operation. Remote start/stop, forward/back, jog to position joystick. Standard wiring for easy plasma interfacing.
