Xcelcut has been designed to improve the quality of plasma cutting and plate processing by analyzing all of the components involved in the process.

Profile Cutting Systems has merged the new and improved mechanical beam designs with the best aspects of motion control, high definition plasma systems and programming software features.

PCS has incorporated these into our patented plasma bevel head, straight cutting, and drilling processes to give the best repeatability in cutting performance. The result of Xcelcut equals perfect round holes with no heat affected zones, superb part edges and accurate plasma bevels.
