Water Bed Cutting Table 

The PCS Water Bed minimises the amount of airborne particles and fumes created when cutting with Plasma.  Fully equipped with air raise-lower and optional aeration system, the PCS water bed is a safe and clean option for your cutting platform. 

Fume Extraction Table

 The Fume extraction table uses a vacuum force and particle filtration unit to remove airborne particles and fumes associated with Plasma cutting. Unique openings are activated around the vicinity of the Plasma torch to ensure maximum fume extraction efficiency at all times.

Smart Fume Extraction (SFE) Table

The optional SFE software adds flexibility to your PCS fume extraction table.  A GUI on the CNC controller provides real time feedback of door status and contains a manual override function.  A delay function can be used to hold doors open for an extended period of time after the machine has passed a set zone, useful when cutting thick material.  The doors are connected to quality ISO pneumatic cylinders that are activated via banks of electro-pneumatic valves that are electronically controlled via a DeviceNet network.
